Blessing of the Balers

Based on an event first held in Greene County in 2022, I hosted “Blessing of the Balers: A Celebration of PA Agriculture” at the state Capitol on Wednesday, May 3. Speakers included Secretary of Agriculture Russell Redding, PA Farm Bureau President Chris Hoffman and the Rev. Donald Wilson, who offered the blessing in hopes of a productive hay season for farmers across the Commonwealth.

Cook to Host Hard-to-Read License Plate Replacement Event

HARRISBURG – To help residents dealing with illegible license plates on their vehicles, Rep. Bud Cook (R-Greene/Washington) is hosting a second event to help local residents get those plates replaced on Monday, Sept. 18, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Greene County Fairgrounds, Building 8.
