Cook Opens Waynesburg Office

WAYNESBURG – Rep. Bud Cook (R-Greene/Washington) today announced the opening of his new office in Waynesburg to serve the people of the 50th Legislative District.

The office is located at 1640 E. High St., Waynesburg, and can also be reached by calling 724-929-2660. The office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

“When I was given the honor of being elected to serve the new 50th District after the legislative redistricting process, I knew one of my first orders of business would be to open an office in Greene County,” Cook said. “We are up and running and ready to assist with a variety of state and local issues.”

In addition to the full-time office in Waynesburg, Cook will continue to operate the satellite office in California at 130 Woodland Court, Center in the Woods, Brownsville. That office is open Mondays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Services available at both offices include: 
PennDOT paperwork, including driver’s license and vehicle registration applications and renewals.
Information and applications for senior citizen benefit programs, including Property Tax/Rent Rebate and PACE/PACENET prescription drug programs.
Information and applications for the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). 
Help with securing birth and death certificates (photo identification required).
Information about legislation.
Assistance with resolving matters relating to state agencies.
