UNIONTOWN – Reps. Matthew Dowling (R-Fayette/Somerset), Bud Cook (R-Washington/Fayette), Pam Snyder (D-Greene/Fayette/Washington) and Ryan Warner (R-Fayette/Westmoreland), as well as Sen. Pat Stefano (R-Fayette/Somerset/Westmoreland), have partnered to sponsor Save-a-Life training on Thursday, Sept. 12, from 3-5 p.m. in the Fay Penn Building, Room 200, 1040 Eberly Way, Lemont Furnace.

“With just a two-hour time investment, attendees will walk away with the knowledge of what to do in many life-threatening situations. Lives can often be saved, and injuries can be minimized if care is received quickly,” Dowling said. “Don’t miss the opportunity to learn about how to protect your loved ones.”

The training will include information about Narcan, Stop the Bleed, hands-only CPR and EpiPen administration.

“I’m thrilled to be partnering with my legislative colleagues to offer this free training to members of our community. I’m hopeful that residents will equip themselves with the training that could save someone’s life in an emergency,” Stefano said.
