WAYNESBURG – Rep. Bud Cook (R-Greene/Washington) is hosting a town meeting for West Greene School District communities on Thursday, March 30, from 6-7:30 p.m. at the school auditorium.
He is encouraging residents, business owners, borough and township officials, county commissioners and all with an interest in supporting their communities to attend.
“To best serve the people of Greene County and the 50th District, I need to hear from you,” Cook said. “Let’s work together to make our community the best it can be so people will Come Home, Go Big and Have a Ball.”
As Cook is new to representing Greene County after legislative redistricting last year, he is planning to host town meetings in conjunction with each of the local school districts. The goal is to create a “Greene Team” to help promote all the region has to offer.
RSVPs are requested and may be made online at

The school auditorium is located on Hargus Creek Road in Waynesburg.
The West Greene School District includes the following communities: Aleppo, Center, Freeport, Gilmore, Gray, Jackson, Morris, Richhill and Springhill.
